Every part we sell is engineered specifically for your BMW — not a universal piece bent to fit. We CAD-design and test each product on the exact chassis it's listed for (F-series, G-series, etc.), so you get OEM-level fitment with zero trimming, drilling, or "modifying to make it work."

Our parts are manufactured in our partner facilities across The United Kingdom — the same factories that produce parts for several well-known performance brands you already know.

We build parts we'd run on our own cars. That means real 2x2 twill prepreg carbon (not stickered fibreglass), UV-protective clear coats so your gloss doesn't fade after a summer, and aerospace-grade ABS where we use it. Every piece is hand-inspected for weave alignment, finish consistency, and structural integrity before it ships. If something arrives below our standard, we replace it — no debate. Premium isn't a marketing word for us it's the reason customers come back for their second, third, and fourth mod.

We process orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse.

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time varies based on the shipping method you choose, generally taking up to 11 days.

Every part is covered by a full 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, finish issues, and material failure under normal use. If anything goes wrong within that year, send us a photo and your order number — we'll repair, replace, or refund. No long forms, no "send it back at your cost and wait six weeks." We can offer this because our return rate is genuinely low, and because we'd rather stand behind our parts than hide behind small print.

It started in a cramped, oil-stained corner of a rented warehouse, two mates, barely out of their teens, who cared about one thing more than anything else: BMWs.

We weren't businessmen back then. We were enthusiasts with a problem. The parts we wanted for our own cars either didn't exist, cost a fortune, or fit so badly you'd spend a weekend trimming and drilling just to bolt them on. So we did what every real car nut eventually does, we stopped waiting for someone else to build it, and we built it ourselves.

The first parts we ever made were for our own cars. Late nights, trial and error, more ruined prototypes than we'd like to admit. We learned how carbon fibre actually behaves, how to nail OEM fitment instead of "close enough," and how a part should feel when it clicks into place, like it was always meant to be there. Friends saw what we'd fitted to our cars and wanted the same. Then their friends. Then strangers from the forums. Word travelled the way it always does in car culture, fast, and only when something's genuinely good.

What began as two teenagers fabricating parts on a single bench turned into orders we couldn't keep up with. So we scaled, not by cutting corners, but by doubling down on the thing that got us here: doing it properly. That little corner of a warehouse became our own facility. The two of us became a full manufacturing team of engineers, fabricators, and finishers who obsess over weave alignment and tolerances the same way we did at seventeen.

Today, 77Performance designs and manufactures premium BMW upgrades shipped to enthusiasts all over the world , but the mission hasn't changed since day one. We still build every part the way we built our very first one: for our own cars, to our own impossible standards, because we're the customer too.

We're not a faceless factory. We're two friends who turned a garage obsession into a brand, and every part we make still carries that.
